While I was out for dinner with my family and some friends tonight, we were given some kind words by our waitress. She was glad to see a family still praying together before meals and told us as much. It was refreshing to have her say that and I was glad she was encouraged by it. So often I think we forget how small, seemingly insignificant actions can truly have an effect on a person. I don't know her story, but I am glad the Lord was able to use the act of giving thanks to Him to bring a bit of joy to her and a smile to her face in that moment.
